At Bee Cute Baby, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products that exemplify the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our personalized items are thoughtfully curated with your little ones in mind, and we strive to ensure your experience is nothing short of delightful. Please familiarize yourself with our personalized item return policy designed to safeguard your satisfaction:

1. Personalized Items:

Due to the unique and customized nature of our personalized items, we regret to inform you that these items are non-refundable.

2. Exception for Errors:

In the rare event of an error occurring during the personalization process on our part, we take full responsibility for any mistakes made.

3. Criteria for Refund:

Refunds for personalized items will only be processed in cases of a confirmed error on our part.
To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the personalized item.
Proof of the error, such as clear photographs or detailed descriptions, may be required to initiate the refund process.

4. Exchange or Correction:


 In the rare event that an error is confirmed, we are eager to facilitate an exchange for the accurate personalized version of the item. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as our team diligently processes and dispatches the corrected item.

Upon receiving your order, you have a 14-day window to exchange items for different sizes or colors (applicable to non-personalized items).

Here's how to proceed with your exchange:
Please contact us before to confirm if you are eligible for exchange. 
Print your digital receipt from the Ship Confirmation email or access it through your online account.
Place the item(s) you wish to exchange along with the receipt in a securely sealed box.
Mail your package using the carrier of your choice to:

All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. After receiving the product, Bee cute baby will send you the invoice for the shipping cost for your product that will be sent by exchange.

5. Contact Us:

If you believe there is an error in the personalization of your item, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team at beecutebaby@outlook.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a tracking number has been sent.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Please be aware that other non-refundable scenarios include changes of mind, alterations in preferences, or incorrect information provided during the personalization process.

7. Cancellation Policy:

You can contact us and request a cancellation. We accept cancellation requests as long as the item has not been shipped.
Once a tracking number has been generated, we regret to inform you that orders cannot be modified or cancelled. "We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy."

8. Return Period:

What items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Personalized items
  • Items that have already been used
  • headband and sandals

We accept returns for items that don't have personalization. You can contact us to beecutebaby@outlook.com and request a return. To ensure a timely process, customers have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Refunds are processed and issued within 7-10 business days after a return has been received
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once the tracking number indicates successful delivery, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds for a lost package. Customer is responsible to contact the carrier directly for any further assistance or inquiries regarding the delivered items.
